There are a number of different resources available to teachers to help them learn and teach about Stalin.

Textbook:

• The textbook includes original texts from over 20 scholars in the field, including 2 Pulitzer Prize winners
  
  
• There are three levels of texts included to help teachers assign level-appropriate reading to their students:
  
  
  • Advanced: 3-page chapters written by Stalin scholars
    
    
  • Medium-length: 1 page abstracts that simplify some of the concepts.
    
    
  • Short-length: 2 paragraph abstracts that give a broad overview of each chapter
    
    

Lesson Plans:

There are a number of different lesson plans that have been developed for classroom use. Teachers can use choose from the 15-day, 10-day, or 5-day units that have been created by some of the top scholars in the field. Alternatively, teachers can choose one or two lessons that they find are most relevant and use them independently.
